Counseling and Therapy in Video: Volume III
This collection features the “giants” of counseling and psychotherapy such as Viktor Frankl, Albert Bandura, Albert Ellis, Aaron Beck, Virginia Satir, Jay Haley, and Carl Rogers, whose theoretical models shape the way we look at counseling today. The earliest film in the collection, The Role of the Therapist/The Role of the Client, a panel discussion from 1985, features Virginia Satir, Carl Rogers, Rollo May, and Thomas Szasz, early psychotherapy pioneers whose legacies live on. Adding to this list are contemporary “greats” such as Pat Love, Samuel Gladding, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jon Carlson, Natalie Rogers, and John Arden.
